Bio-One Corporation, Lake Mary, FL, has been formed to acquire both manufacturers and brands within the highly fragmented dietary supplement industry. In doing so, the company said, it will capture manufacturing margins, control purity and quality control and realize significant efficiencies within the group. Many acquisition targets are manufacturers seeking an exit strategy.
